ROUND TRIP AIR TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM PARIS

Our travel affiliate, CREATIVE TRAVEL INT'L, has secured the lowest possible round-trip group rate for our flights from New York’s JFK airport to Paris and return. Summer Study staff will meet our group flights upon arrival in Paris and assist students to our waiting motorcoaches for the short trip to our hotel residence. To ensure complete coordination, all reservations and ticketing will be handled by Creative Travel, unless frequent flyer mileage is being used for a ticket on our same exact flights. Creative Travel will also arrange connecting flights for students living outside the New York area.

For U.S. Students: Creative Travel and Summer Study staff will coordinate all flight arrangements into JFK airport and meet all New York metropolitan area students and students connecting in New York from other U.S. cities.

For International Students: Creative Travel must also issue the tickets of students flying to Paris from countries other then the U.S. They will coordinate the arrival of foreign students into Paris with the flight arriving from the United States. Summer Study personnel will be at the airport to greet all arriving students arranged through Creative Travel.

Past students and staff have found that traveling together was a great way to quickly develop new friendships. Traveling as a group also allows Summer Study staff to properly coordinate and supervise students traveling abroad.
