Summer Study at UVM All-Inclusive Weekend Trips and Excursions!

Your summer experience is complete with our ALL-INCLUSIVE college weekend trips at no additional expense. Weekend travel allows us to visit exciting destinations within our reach from UVM. Whether it's visiting colleges and the excitement of "big city" life in Boston, choosing an action-packed adventure in "ski country," or chasing thrills at Six Flags Great Escape at Lake George, our students will all gain valuable experiences off campus.

BOSTON, MA (overnight): The city of Boston is one of America's most impressive cities filled with history, a college atmosphere and a wealth of culture. Summer Study students will immerse themselves in the city life by visiting Harvard Square, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, and Copley Square. College visits in the Boston area include Boston University, Boston College and Harvard. Schedules and weather permitting, Summer Study students may be able to enjoy a Boston Red Sox game at historic Fenway Park.

MT. MANSFIELD, VT: After the snow melts, STOWE VILLAGE is alive with summer activity. Enjoy a Gondola Skyride through the mountain air admiring Vermont's most spectacular views. Alpine slides, rock climbing, tethered bungee jumping, and hiking are also available for the adventurous...or perhaps you would feel more comfortable by relaxing at the many restaurants and cafés at the base of the mountain.

BEN AND JERRY'S FACTORY TOUR: Located in the heart of the Green Mountains of Vermont, the Ben & Jerry’s Factory is the most delicious place on earth. Students enjoy a private tour of the factory, as well as samples, samples, samples.

SIX FLAGS GREAT ESCAPE AT LAKE GEORGE: Enjoy a thrilling full day and night at exciting Six Flags Amusement Park and Water Park located in beautiful Lake George, NY. Hold on to your seat while riding Skycoaster, The Alpine Bobsled, or Sasquach. Roller coasters not your thing? Don't worry…bring your bathing suit and enjoy the waterpark’s Blue Typhoon, Black Cobra or lounge at the Lumberjack wave pool. UNLIMITED RIDE PASS AND DINNER INCLUDED!

OPTIONAL UVM CAMPING EXCURSION: Take advantage of the "GREAT GREEN OUTDOORS" on this awesome UVM camping excursion. We'll travel only a short distance from campus to one of the most outstanding campgrounds amidst the splendor of Vermont. Fresh, clean, crisp air surrounds us all day and night while enjoying activities like challenging hikes, Frisbee, teambuilding events, and chatting by the campfire. We'll provide state-of-the-art tents and sleeping bags for a comfy, yet exciting night underneath the starry skies. Barbeque, eat S'mores, have a sing-a-long, tell campfire stories and more… Supplemental Cost: $145
